Another sketch!

This time... better! Much better! I'm so excited to share it, I can hardly wait!

Not very exciting... I know. BUT, it was exactly what I needed to finish a project I started in AUGUST! Ridiculous, but I've been waiting for the perfect "stuff!" Finally, this was it!

Journaling reads: I wonder if you will remember our very first trip to the beach. You were so excited that you both jumped in with your clothes on. We had a lot of fun searching for "beach shells!"

I inked the foam letters with Walnut Stain Distress Ink to darken them up a little bit, as I felt they were too light in color for what I wanted.

Materials:
I am unsure of the pattern paper. I inked it to death so it doesn't really matter anyways!
Distress Ink- Peeled Paint.
Distress Ink- Walnut Stain.
Adirondack- Stream.
Tim Holtz- Fragements.
Creative Memories strips of paper.
Lined paper.
Heidi Swapp mask.
Heidi Swapp World Traveler foam board alphabet.
Perfect Pearls metallic.

Here is how I achieved the look of the fragments, as well as the green strip of paper on top of the (what was) yellow strip.

First, I attached the mask.

Then, I used peeled paint and walnut stain to achieve the color I wanted.

Next, I sprayed the entire tag with perfect pearls.

Finally, I cut the paper into strips and lightly inked with peeled paint to distract from the "harsh" white.

And adhered the fragments to desired location!

Well, I'm off to bed, all that creativity was exhausting!!
