Whoa!

What a busy weekend.

We've been doing a ton, and getting ready for a lot of changes.

I made my mother in law, a very belated, birthday card. She wasn't happy with a store bought card so, I spent a few hours working on that Saturday. Here is the finished product.

We made snowmen today too!! The girls had a blast. Alex watched from a far, and took pictures!! More on that later.

I also made a little 'book' for my mom, sister, gramma and Rita. Here is the one I made for Jillian. I got some pens to go with the 'books.'

Gabriella decided to scrapbook on Friday morning. It was rather funny actually.

When I looked at what she was doing, playing with ink pads, I had to point out that she had it all over her hands. She looked at her hands in disbelief...

And then, disgust! She started rubbing one hand with the other, attempting to remove the ink.

When I told her it wasn't going to work that way, she showed me her hands and said: "See mom, it does come off!"

Then I made her look at her hands again... and then show me her hands.

Yup, it didn't come off!! It didn't come off of her face either!

You can't see it because of the ____ watermark, however, she has ink on her eyelid, across her nose, and down to her cheek like she had wiped her face.

My dear sweet Gabriella, whatever will I do with you!

While the watermarks bother me like crazy, I do it to protect my little lovers! I'm not worried about the things I create. You can print those and write them off as your own, I don't care... but don't print photos of my children. They are MINE. The photos, and those in the photo! Thus the reason for the annoying markings.

Seriously though. iWatermark has made my life so much easier! I don't spend hours putting copyright information on my photos anymore! I do a quick and easy, drag and drop into a specific folder on my desktop (also known as "untitled.") When I'm ready, I open up iWatermark, click on "start processing" and it not only puts the copyright info on my photo, it RESIZES my photos too!! I can specify a specific place to drop the photos as well. So conveniently I have a folder labeled, "copyrighted." Imagine that... it's photos that have been "inked" and resized! THANK YOU JULIAN!

Check out their website, they have tons of other programs that are pretty rockin'! The prices are great, and totally reasonable too! Tell 'em I sent you- maybe you'll get something special! ;)
