Leap Frog Leapster...

My husband and I married two years ago. Since then, my in laws have spent a week with us during the same week... year after year. This year, we decided to celebrate Gabriella's birthday with them, even though it's not until September. We invited a few people, threw a party and had a great time. Gabriella got a Leap Frog Leapster-2 along with seven games.

Boompa (Alex's dad) and I spent some time with her teaching her how to use it. After two days of 'teaching' she was a pro! She could turn it on, sign in and select her game of choice! For the last few nights she's been playing her game in bed before she goes to sleep.

One night in particular she stayed up late playing her game. I walked into her room to tell her it was bed time and she was already asleep. I spent a few minutes looking for her Leapster so I could shut it off and "put it away."



Notice the Leapster at the foot of her bed. She's curled up in bed, all nice and comfy. I'm not going to lie, I teared up. It was at that very moment I realized... my baby is growing up.

How do I make it stop!?
