Finally!

I finally figured out how to make save my digital scrapbooking 'things' in a way that will allow me to post them. I don't think I will be able to print them now, but oh well. They weren't too difficult to make, after all... I did do it!

It was a rough go at first. The first one I made was the one of Parker- "So you wanna be a rock star!"

This is an outfit I picked up at Old Navy. I love it! It's a little bit big on him, so I've got a few months he can wear it. Thankfully! :)

I couldn't help but want to 'play' a little more, so I searched through my photos, and found some of Gabriella...

I'm not exactly a fan of this one. There is something... missing? I haven't exactly figured out what it is yet. I've left it open on my desktop for two days now, and finally gave up on it.

I moved on to a photo of my girlfriends daughter. I 'stole' it from her MySpace, she hasn't even seen it yet. I'm hoping she likes it. It's plain and simple, but I just adore the photo, and now the added elements! I hope you like it Lynds!

That's about all I've got for now.

It's been a quiet night here. Alex went to bed somewhere around eight pm, as did Gabriella and Emmelia. Parker wasn't too far behind either. Now here it is again... almost midnight, and I'm still awake. Addicted to scrapbooking.

That Stacey lady over at All Moments Remembered sure does get you sucked in. She's really sweet, and very down to earth- as is everyone on the member board. This is all new to me... this whole member board, blogging, chit chat business... not to mention online crops. How the heck do you participate in that? I still have a lot of research to do... not to mention sleep to catch up on.

Tomorrow... The Bedford Boys Ranch. Ugh, that screams HOT, HOT, HOT and did I mention... HOT!? We're going to be whooped tomorrow. Thank goodness it's Friday. Our first weekend to chill-lax in three weeks.

Something to look forward too... sleeping in, and cuddling with all my "kids" in the morning. I consider Alex one of my kids, after all... I take care of him as I do the girls, and Parker. Why not?

With that, I'm off to AMR to check out the board and drool over all their snazzy products!

www.AllMomentsRemembered.com I'm pretty sure they sell gift cards- what a great gift for a scrap-a-holic!

Kaiser, say what?

Didn't we go to school with a Kaiser, or is that one of my cousins last name? It's so hard to keep track anymore, I've got a bazillion cousins! Not to mention a gazillion people I graduated high school with. Either way, it IS a scrapbooking product. Since I'm on this big scrapbooking kick as of late, I thought I'd share- for a few different reasons! :)

So, Alex and I celebrated two years of wedded bliss August 1st. Lucky Alex got a homemade, scrapbooked mini album. He was thrilled! (On the outside, though probably hoping for an electronic of some sort, he was a good sport!) Sad to say, it wasn't finished! I got all caught up in making a ton of new layouts and cards and stuff for this company who was hiring a new member for their design team... then I realize, they are CANADIAN BASED and only want people IN Canada. Damn Canadians get me again! (Considering my family is Canadian, as is my husband... I can get away with saying that!)

Anyways, here are some photos of what I started- I'll post what it looks like when it's done as well! I know I know, I'm so sweet!

With that, our lease ends December 1st, 2008. Just in time for Christmas!! Alex is up to his eyeballs in mortgages, loans, leasing, blah blah blah. (This is when I smile and nod because I really don't understand it all.) Anyways, I found this new website: www.AllMomentsRemembered.com and I love love love their June kit. So I begged for it!

In turn, I signed up for the sites blog. You can find it here... http://www.allmomentsremembered.blogspot.com/

If you scroll through Stacey's blog you'll see a handful of the same little book I did- but in much 'funner' (that's my Walled Lake education shinning through- to think, I'm going to home school my kids, and I'm saying FUNNER! ha) shapes! There is a Christmas tree one that's to die for! I've also seen a Christmas tree count down, and let me tell you, I start counting down at Easter!

Anyways, I'm getting side track... so Alex and houses- we're HOPING to purchase a house by March 2009. How fantastic would that be? I can't wait to decorate! In looking through Kaiser products on All Moments Remembered I found this:

http://allmomentsremembered.com/osstore1/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=72&products_id=1074

That would make an amazing house warming gift! WINK WINK! With shipping it can't be more than $10.00 and I'm worth it, aren't I?

So that's my thought for tonight. Gramma says: "$109,000 for a house, it's a buyer's market!" Just after she was talking about selling her house which she pays less than $500 a month for! (Insurance, tax and everything... she'd be crazy!)

That's all for now! Have a fantastic evening!!
