I've made tacos twice in the last... three-ish weeks. They have been pretty fantastic. I'm not much of a chef, but I enjoy trying my hand at new things. Alex thought it was funny that I was "browning the meat in a pot." Well, I said, we didn't have any pans available. I didn't expect him to get up and check! haha. To each his own. I enjoy the easier of the two ways to brown meat. I don't make a mess when it's in a pot!!
